We follow the Alberta new home warranty guidelines and warranty the delivery system of your home for 2 years and 5 years equipment parts via manufacturer unless you have registered your equipment as stated above then you will receive 10 years parts.
Register your new furnace within 60 days of possession:
If your furnace states Goodman:
By registering your new Goodman product, you will receive an additional FIVE years warranty on parts at no cost to you.
The warranty will then become 10 years on parts after you register on the website mentioned above.
Registration of your equipment must be completed within 60 days of your install; Warranty period is 5 years parts if not registered within 60 days.
For new homes please use your possession date as install date.
If your furnace states Comfortmaker:
By registering your new ICP Comfortmaker products, you will receive an additional FIVE years warranty on parts at no cost to you.
The warranty will then become 10 years on parts after you register on the website mentioned above.
