Troubleshooting
Before calling for service please check the following items which are not covered by your warranty.
- Record flashing light code.
- Is the power on? ie. breaker, main switch
- Is the bottom door of the furnace secure?
- Is the filter clean?
- Are fuses and safety switches okay? (Refer to manual)
- Is the thermostat set at the desired temperature?
- Are the gas valve(s) on?
- Is there debris in the blower cage or housing? (Noisy furnace?)
- Are return air grills blocked or covered?
- Turn off the power for 5 minutes, then switch on again to rest
- Check the owner’s manual
